Washington, D.C. (PoliticalJones.com) - There appears to be some confusion about what is going on in our country right now. It seems that most of the leadership in both political parties has been out of step with the day to day problems that the "common folk" deal with.
 
Why?  Who knows, but it clear now that the "common folk" are letting them know in the most direct way possible. . . by VOTING!
 
The big-time political pollsters and insiders seems shocked.  Well, I'm not.  Take a look around and listen,  it is very apparent that people are stuggling.  Folk are trying to survive.

And the American Dream?  These days there are a lot of people who can't even sleep long enough to dream.  When your reality is filled with struggling and despair, it changes how you look at the world.  And that in itself changes the entire view of the American Dream.
 
It is easy to say that you are proud of your country when you have never been pressed to pay your bills or feed your family.  Race in America will always be a issue.  We all know that.  But now, we are in the mist of an issue just as big, CLASS.  The continuing struggle between the "Haves" and the "Have-Nots".
 
For America, in the 21st century, how our political leadership and those with plenty deal with this issue will shape who we are and if this country survives into the future.
