"POLITICAL VOYAGE"

Washington, D.C. (PoliticalJones.com) -  Who is going to be the Captain of this big ship we call the America?  We all know it is a large and powerful ship to control and steer.  It appears that the Republicans have chosen the candidate they want to steer this vessel.  Senator McCain, a war hero and a man with a deep and strong Independent streak has taken control of the Republican Nomination Race.  But he is having real problems with members of his own party who believe he is "not conservative enough", and too dismissive of their conservative issues.

Before he can ever begin to think about leading the country on this next voyage, He has his work cut out for him to try to steer his own Political Party's Ship,

On the Democratic side, Senator Clinton and Senator Obama are going hard.  The battle is tough and brutal.  The once sure thing has turned into a real game of chance.  It seems that reports of Senator Clinton's campaign money problems has people scrambling, trying to figure out if she can make it to the end.  Now don't sleep on the Clintons'. . . the money will be raised and she will be there all the way to the finish.  Senator Clinton has every intention of steering this ship.

Senator Obama flush with cash and momentum has not slowed down.  He continues to make folks change their view of what is possible in America.  He is confident and aware that this race is a marathon, and not a sprint.  Senator Obama is determined to lead our country on this voyage into the future.

With all the issues facing our country, regardless of who will be the Captain, there are real issues that must be addressed NOW!  Folks need to keep demanding that the candidates focus on the issues, and not personality.

At some point, I almost expect them to break it down to us like "LAKESIDE", those great Sea Captains from back in the day.  "Come along and ride on a fantastic voyage. I'm the captain of this vessel.  We wanna take you on a cruise. All around the land, music is at hand. We wanna play it for you."
